Best place for Carhartts and foul weather gear in Gloucester. Prices have always seemed reasonable over the years, and there is a great selection of boots and rain coats. Friendly staff and overall good people

Nice men's casual clothing store to visit and shop. Just so much nicer than one of those big box stores, yet has a great selection of clothing displayed and in stock. Staff are very pleasant and eager to assist.

I can always find gifts for my husband at Nelson’s. Winter clothing and footwear for men in all sizes are available and the prices are very reasonable. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable and so friendly.

Great stock of grundens, cold weather gear, rain gear, xtra tuff etc… If you’re looking for gear and are in the industry I recommend this place. 10% discount when you spend 500 dollars or more…

Everyone that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking at rain jackets and I asked what the differences were. The women who helped me, explain all the different grades and what would work best for this time of year. She offered to help get things down for me and find certain sizes for me, she was just so helpful! Also prices are reasonable for the selection they have!

Nelson’s is part of Gloucester and I have shopped there for years but I am going to more. Much rather spend my money at Nelson's than online! The team is genuinely friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knows their stuff. You never feel rushed or pressured, just well taken care of. They really go above and beyond to make sure you walk out with something that actually works for you. Their selection is great too: quality pieces, thoughtfully chosen brands, and styles. Pricing is fair and honest. Always happy to support a place like this. The best!
